Attire: Patriotic Wear
(no pageant dresses, no swimwear)
Basic Entry Fee: $35
(In keeping with the Miss Celebrations USA traditions ... 10% of all monies collected from
this pageant will be donated to a local food bank)
Awarding 12 Division Queens PLUS 3 Overall Queens!
Overall Royal Miss (the contestant who receives the most fan votes)
Overall Miss Photogenic (the contestant who receives the highest photo scores, judges choice)
Overall Miss Hospitality (the contestant who enlists the most contestants to participate in this pageant)
Age Divisions:
(choose your division based on your age day of the pageant, 30 day grace period)
Baby Miss 0-11 months
Toddler Miss 12-23 months
Tiny Miss 2-3 years
Little Miss 4-6 years
Petite Miss 7-9 years
Young Miss 10-12 years

Competition Details:
Contestants will submit a 45-second video modeling her favorite patriotic outfit, video can be indoors ; or out video can be just a walk or can include an introduction. Please make sure that the video shows a full view of the contestant and her Patriotic Outfit. We will crown our 12 Divisional Queens based on this video.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND VIDEOS TO THE NATIONAL OFFICE
we will have your post your video to our secret Facebook group as the time
approaches.

Best Patriotic Outfit
The judges will select the divisional "Best Outfit" by viewing the 45-second videos that
contestants must submit.
Divisional Winners will be awarded fee $10
Miss Photogenic PLUS Prettiest Eyes, Hair and Smile
The Judges will select the Divisional Photogenic Winner and
the Divisional Prettiest Eyes, Hair, and Smile by
viewing the three pictures submitted for Miss Photogenic.
An overall Miss Photogenic will be selected from the Divisional Winners ....... fee $35
Again as the time approaches you will be asked to post your three photos to the secret Facebook Group establish just for this pageant.

a Miss Celebrations USA nation-wide Virtual Pageant that leads to a
National Miss Celebrations USA Lifetime title.
1st and 2nd runners will recieve:
A beautiful Miss Celebrations USA Medal and a Certificate for $100 off the registration fee for Nationals 2021 Destination Rockin' Rydell and the 1950s
This will allow our 1st and 2nd runners up to represent their communities at Nationals 2021 ! The purchase will include a title, sash, crown, and basic entry fee to Nationals.
(please note that this certificate can only be used to purchase a title)
Divisional Best Outfit Winners:
Will receive a Miss Celebrations USA 5" SuperMedal and a gift from the National Office!
Divisional Photogenic Winners:
Will receive a beautiful Rhinestoned Miss Photogenic Pin!
Divisional Prettiest Eyes, Hair, and Smile Winners will receive:
